David Withers

David Withers has over 30 years of work experience. David started their career as a Research and Development Associate at JC Penney Corp in 1991. David then worked as a Director of Operations at MTD - Memphis Truck Drivers from 1995 to 1997, where they managed HR and employee relations functions. From 1997 to 2001, they worked as a Driver Relations/Recruiter at MS Carriers/SWIFT, recruiting and hiring drivers. In 2001, they joined Ozark Motor Lines as a Driver Recruiter and later became a Driver Relations/Recruiter. David joined Central Transport in 2005 as a Regional Employee Relations Manager, where they interacted with senior management and handled staffing and retention. In 2011, they became a Regional Safety/Employee Rel Manager at Central Transport. David then worked at United Petroleum Transports as a Director of Recruiting & Retention from 2013 to 2016. Currently, David is the Senior Director of Operations at Expediter Services, LLC, a role they have held since 2021.

David Withers completed their education with a focus on Theological and Ministerial Studies from Purpose Institute, where they attended from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Cisco College between 1990 and 1992.
