Bart Bak

Bart Bak has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as the Ground Network Director for Expeditors since October 2007. In this role, Bart oversees the Road, Ocean, and Air Ground Network, focusing on revenue management, carrier procurement, and operational efficiencies. Previously, Bart held the position of Road Freight Manager for Europe and Africa, where responsibilities included product strategy and P&L management for the region. Prior experience at GEODIS as a Development Executive involved expanding market opportunities in Eastern Europe, optimizing road network performance, and establishing daily groupage services across multiple countries. Bart holds a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and an MSc in Service Management from the University of Buckingham.
