Austin Chua

Austin Chua has a diverse work experience. Austin'smost recent role was as a Solutions Sales Engineer at Expedock starting from July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Coordinator at Zencargo from January 2022 to June 2023. Austin also held the position of Operations Manager at Expedock from January 2021 to January 2022. Before entering the logistics industry, Austin worked as an Airfreight Perishables Export Agent at Kuehne+Nagel in 2020 and 2019. Austin also gained experience as a Business Development Assistant at Applied Biological Materials - abm from January 2019 to April 2019. Austin's earliest work experience was as a Brand Ambassador at Evo Car Share from May 2018 to December 2018.

Austin Chua obtained their Bachelor of Commerce with Honors degree in Operations and Logistics from the UBC Sauder School of Business, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, they also acquired several certifications. In May 2019, they successfully completed the Authorized Cargo Representative course offered by the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA). Austin further expanded their knowledge by completing the Logistics and Ocean Shipping in Supply Chain Management course through Udemy in July 2021. Additionally, in January 2017, Austin Chua participated in the Preventing and Addressing Workplace Bullying and Harassment Training Course provided by WorkSafeBC.
