Amanda Todd has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Amanda is currently the Director of Internal Communications at Expel, where they develop and implements creative strategies for global engagement and manages the Internal Communications calendar. Amanda has also worked at Tonal as the Director of Employee Experience & Engagement, where they led internal communications and managed company events. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Internal Communications Manager at Tonal, where they overhauled the internal communication strategy and achieved significant improvements in employee satisfaction.
