James Fink

Jim Fink has over 20 years of experience in product management and leadership roles. James (Jim) is currently the Director of Product Management at Expel since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Principal of Product Management at Red Canary, where they managed multiple product areas, including XDR development and the launch of new service integrations. From 2019 to 2021, Jim was the Director of Product Management at Tanium, where they led the strategic direction and development of the Tanium Comply service and Container support strategy. Before that, they worked at Amazon Web Services as the Principal of Product Management, leading the development and management of new security services. Jim also held leadership positions at Neustar, Sprint, RealOps Inc., Verio, SevenSpace, and AOL-Time Warner, where they contributed to various product management and development projects.

Jim Fink received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Radford University, with both degrees obtained between 1988 and 1992. James (Jim) has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, Product Management Certification (PMC) from Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Leadership & Management Skills Certification from Rochhurst University, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute.
