The board of directors at Expensify has a history of members who have been investors and members of other boards of directors at various companies. These companies include HoneyBook, Mobilize Networks, Inc., and Cyhawk Ventures Ltd. The board also includes individuals with a background in business from Harvard Business School and the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, the board has a trustee from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
