Archana Nikhil has gained extensive work experience in the IT industry. Archana started their career in 2010 as an IT Operations Associate at Accenture. Archana then moved on to work as an IT Analyst at STS Info technologies Pvt. Ltd. In 2013, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a PMO Analyst, where they ensured process compliance and collaborated with clients and business unit leaders to define IT service requirements. Archana then worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Concentrix, providing IT support to Nike Retail Stores globally. Archana later became a Lead in the Service Management department at Concentrix, managing a team and overseeing incident resolution and quality coaching. After Concentrix, Archana worked as an Information Technology Support Engineer at JLG Industries and as an Onsite Support Engineer at ChannelEngine. Currently, they are the IT Service Desk Lead at Expereo.

Archana Nikhil completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree at Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2010. Archana also obtained additional certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in 2023, and Excel: Advanced Formatting Techniques (Office 365/Excel 2019) and Excel: Power Pivot for Beginners from LinkedIn in 2020.
