Sujata Kukreja

Sujata Kukreja is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Company Secretary at Expereo since August 2022, Kukreja previously held the position of Director Legal, Compliance Officer, and Company Secretary at Knauf from September 2017 to July 2022. As a co-founder of Happy Paws, a tech start-up, Kukreja spearheaded the launch of the PetsApp, managing various aspects of the business. With a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, Kukreja has held legal roles at SunEdison, HSB Partners, Stephenson Harwood LLP, White & Case LLP, and AXA, providing expertise in transaction advisory and corporate governance. Kukreja earned a B.A.LLB (Hons.) degree from National Law School of India University.
