Charles Brown

Charles Brown is the Group Company Secretary at Experian. Charles has previously served as the Group Company Secretary at Standard Chartered PLC, Director, Corporate Secretariat/Deputy Company Secretary at Allied Domecq plc, Head of Secretariat at RMC Group p.l.c., and Special Projects Director (secondment) at ECC International Inc. Brown began their career as a Deck Officer Cadet at BP Shipping Limited in 1984 before moving into company secretarial work in 1987.

Charles Brown has completed the following educational programs: Grad ICSA, ACIS, FCIS, FCG. Charles has also attended The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.

Charles Brown reports to Brian Cassin, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Ty Taylor - Group President of Global Consumer Services, Valdemir Bertolo - President of Latin America, and Charles Butterworth - Managing Director, Experian UK & Ireland and EMEA.
