Charles Oliver has over 25 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Charles began their career in 1994 as a Weekend LVN at Trinity Terrace of Fort Worth. In 1996, they moved to Mariner Health And Rehab Of as an ADON, with oversight of a 130-bed facility. In 2004, they became a Regional Nurse Consultant and Director of Nursing at Covenant Dove, LLC. Charles then moved to Cantex Continuing Care Network in 2012 as the Director of Nursing at Colonnades at Reflection Bay. In 2013, they became the Director of Nursing at Emeritus Lincoln Heights. Charles then returned to Cantex Continuing Care Network in 2014 as Bel Air at Terra Vista. In 2015, they joined Christian Care Centers Management as the Director of Informatics and Clinical Reimbursement Consulting Services, where they coordinated all aspects of Electronic Health Records implementation, education, and changes required to address new regulatory and organizational goals. In 2021, they became the Vice President of Customer Success at Experience Care.

Charles Oliver began their educational journey in 1985 when they attended Tarelton State University, obtaining a LVN in 1989. In 1990, they attended Vernon Regional Junior College and obtained a Bachelors in Computer Science in 1991. In 2002, Charles attended Weatherford Community College, obtaining an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2003. Charles then attended South University from 2008-2010, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. In 2010, Charles attended South University again, obtaining a Masters in Nursing Education in 2012. Charles is currently attending South College, where they are obtaining a Master of Nursing FNP in Nurse Practit. Charles has also obtained a certification from LinkedIn in 2019 for Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself.
