Nicole Fey has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Nicole started their career in 1991 as a Radio Journalist, News Editor, and Broadcaster at Saarländischer Rundfunk, Radio Salü, and Antenne Saar. Nicole then worked as a Radio Broadcaster at FunFun Radio 95.0 from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Axel Springer SE as a Multimedia Journalist. From 2004 to 2013, Nicole worked at BabyCenter Deutschland as a Senior Editor, where they played a key role in launching and maintaining four BabyCenter websites.

In 2013, they joined Thrive as a Digital Producer and later became the Head of Digital Production in 2016. In this role, they managed a team of seven digital producers and designers, oversaw multiple and cross-functional projects, and implemented Agile principles in the development and implementation of digital workflows. Nicole also worked closely with the Director of Operations and clients to ensure high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

After leaving Thrive, Nicole worked as a Marketing Manager at K15t from April 2020 to September 2020. Following their time at K15t, they worked as a Freelance Project Manager from November 2020 to June 2021. Currently, Nicole is employed at Experience One, where they have held various roles including Senior Program Manager, Team Lead Content Management, and Principal Project Management since June 2021.

Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills, as well as expertise in content management, digital production, and marketing. Nicole is highly experienced in managing teams, creating and executing content strategies, and optimizing websites for increased traffic.

Nicole Fey obtained a Magister Artium degree in German Language and Literature from Universität des Saarlandes between 1992 and 1998. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications including PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner, PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner, Agile Scrum Master (ASM), and Agile Scrum Foundation.
