Hiroaki Mitsui

Hiroaki Mitsui is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruiting and team leadership. Currently serving as the Team Lead for the Talent Acquisition team at Experis Executive since February 2021, Hiroaki focuses on mid-career, campus, and disability hiring, alongside branding and teambuilding initiatives. Previously, from April 2017 to February 2021, Hiroaki held the position of Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Pontoon Solutions, managing recruitment projects for both IT and pharmaceutical sectors, including significant hiring efforts for office openings in regional areas. Hiroaki's career also includes experience as a Sales Manager and Recruiting Consultant at Isetan Mitsukoshi Human Solutions, as well as a Sales Specialist at Hitachi Chemical. Hiroaki holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Konan University.
