Francesca Lopa

Francesca Lopa has extensive work experience in the recruitment and consulting industry. Francesca started their career in 2001 as an Account at Advertising Duse Srl. In 2006, they joined Manpower Professional Italia as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Sales & Marketing Division. Francesca then progressed to the role of Account di Selezione before leaving the company in 2011. Francesca joined Experis Italia in 2011 and held the position of Senior Consultant in the Sales & Marketing division before becoming a Team Manager in 2014. In 2016, they moved to Experis Srl as a Divisional Manager. Francesca returned to Experis Italia in 2017 and worked as a Divisional Manager. In 2018, they were promoted to IT & Digital Operation Manager and, in 2021, became the Head of Perm Experis IT.

Francesca Lopa attended Raimondo Franchetti - Liceo Classico from 1991 to 1996. From 1996 to 2001, they studied Scienze della Comunicazione at Università degli Studi di Padova, earning a degree with a grade of 108/110.
