Jennifer Wilson

Jennifer Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Jennifer started their career at John Deere in 1996 as a Contract Entry Clerk, responsible for efficient and accurate entry of agricultural lease contracts. Jennifer then moved up to the role of Lease Note Auditor, where they answered procedural questions and provided assistance to dealers and other staff members. Jennifer later became a Territory Collection Manager, overseeing customer past due retail notes and farm plan accounts for 32 John Deere dealers. In their next role as a Product Support Specialist for Frontier Sales, they assisted with the administration of day-to-day office operations, client contracts, inventory shipments, and provided telephone support to dealers and field staff.

In 2005, Jennifer transitioned to Experitec Inc. as an Inside Sales Associate, serving as the initial customer interface for the sales team and taking full responsibility for accounts order/fulfillment. Jennifer then advanced to the role of Office Services and Facilities Coordinator, where they managed office operations, organized procedures, controlled correspondence, and designed filing systems. With excellent communication skills, they effectively handled customer inquiries, managed conference room reservations, and ensured professional telephone and mail communications.

Throughout their career, Jennifer Wilson has demonstrated strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills, along with the ability to solve problems and respond accurately to challenging situations.

Jennifer Wilson started their education journey at Des Moines Area Community College in 1993, studying Agri-Business until 1994. Jennifer then attended Simpson College from 1998 to 2000, where they focused on Business/Corporate Communications. Jennifer later enrolled at the University of Phoenix in 2003 and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2004.
