🔷 Hilda Salerno

Hilda Salerno has over 13 years of experience in sales and account management. In 2009, they began their career at JPMorgan Chase as a Business Banking Relationship Manager, SVP, Senior Branch Manager, and Chase at Work Tri State Executive. During their time there, they were awarded Branch Manager Sales Quarter Champ for exceeding all goals and their branch was ranked #1 in the Northeast. 🔷 Hilda was then promoted to National Chase At Work overseeing CT and NY and delivered more than 300 new relationships per quarter. In 2017, they moved to Key Corporate & Commercial Bank as Sales Branch Manager. There, they achieved and surpassed monthly goals by an average of 60%, something never accomplished in the office. 🔷 Hilda also improved operations and streamlined services. In 2019, they joined Get Beyond as CT,NY, LI and RI Divisional Director. Her responsibility was to oversee the team achieve 100K in margin per month and closing on 8 new clients per month per advocate. In 2020, they began roles at ITEX as Sales and Trade Director, HMS Payments as Account Executive, and BitX Funding as Vice President. In 2021, they joined Itex of Fairfield as New England ITEX Trade Manager, and in 2022 they began roles at Experiture Omni-Channel Marketing Platform as National Account Manager and Simpay as Sales Executive.

Hilda Salerno attended the University of New Haven from 2005 to 2016, where they earned an Associate's degree in International Business.
