Alexandre Giannini

Alexandre Giannini has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Alexandre started their career at Expersoft Systems AG, where they worked as an IT Technician (Software) during their apprenticeship. Alexandre gained experience in various technologies such as Visual Basic, Oracle DB, Java, ASP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, and XML. After completing their apprenticeship, they continued to work as a Software Engineer at Expersoft Systems AG, where they deepened their technical skills and started working in the area of business/system analysis. Alexandre also performed technical coordination for a project with the nearshore center in Bratislava, Slovakia. Alexandre then joined Löwenfels Partner AG as a Software Engineer/Scrum Master, where they worked in a scrum team implementing the software suite NIL, a management system for social insurance in Switzerland. Alexandre assumed the role of a scrum master for a long period and gained knowledge in agile methodologies, clean code practices, and new techniques such as TDD and functional programming. Alexandre is currently working as the Head of ERP at Expersoft Systems, responsible for platform development and serving as the product technical architect. Prior to this, they held the position of Country Manager LATAM at Expersoft Systems, where they demonstrated their management and leadership skills.

Alexandre Giannini has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in International Software Development from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, which they obtained from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Lehre mit Berufsmaturität in Information Technology from GIBZ Gewerblich-industrielles Bildungszentrum Zug from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Alexandre has obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in January 2013 and First Certificate of English (FCE) from the University of Cambridge in June 2006.
