Eric mac Nicoll

Eric Mac Nicoll is the CEO and Founder of Kaira Technologies, established in December 2018, which focuses on enhancing employee wellness through financial management solutions. The personalized digital coaching mobile application developed by Kaira Technologies aims to alleviate financial stress that impacts employee productivity. Eric's experience includes participation in various growth acceleration programs and accelerators, such as Expert Dojo, Fulcrum Venture Accelerator, and the Canadian Technology Accelerators, and collaborations with government initiatives to support fintech startups. Eric previously served as a Regional Manager for Efma, a global non-profit association for retail financial services, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from UQAM and a certification in E Commerce.
