Nilesh Joshi

Nilesh Joshi is an Associate Project Manager with experience in building CAE teams from scratch and leading FEA teams in a global environment. Nilesh has worked on nonlinear FE analysis for various factors such as material, geometry, bolt pretensions, and contacts. Nilesh has international experience of working onsite in Finland to offload work to an offshore team in India. Prior to their current role, Nilesh worked as a Module Lead at Equilibrium Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and as a Sr. Engineer at Whirlpool of India Ltd. Nilesh holds a Master's degree in Professional Project Management and has a background in Mechanical Engineering.
