Celia Guo

Celia Guo has a diverse work experience across multiple organizations. Celia has worked at Expert Institute since 2017, starting as a Research Analyst and progressing to roles such as Research Manager, Associate Director of Multidisciplinary Research, Director of Multidisciplinary Research, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Multidisciplinary Research. At Expert Institute, they have provided legal technology services and expertise to attorneys.

In 2017, Celia also worked as a Criminal Justice Intern at the Drug Policy Alliance, focusing on advocating for drug policy reform.

Their previous experience includes an internship as a Criminal Justice Research and Analysis Intern at the Orange County District Attorneys Office in 2016.

In 2014, they worked as a Case Manager at Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, providing treatment programs for children with disabilities.

Celia's earliest work experience is as a Student Exit Poll Researcher at the Thomas and Dorothy Leavey Center for the Study of Los Angeles in 2013. Celia also worked as a Research Assistant at Loyola Marymount University during the same year.

Celia Guo earned a Master's Degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Southern California between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University, which they completed between 2012 and 2014. In addition to their educational qualifications, Celia Guo also obtained a certification in Salesforce: Custom Reports from LinkedIn in May 2020.
