Colby Hagen

Colby Hagen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Colby is currently the Senior Vice President and Head of Customer Success at Expert Institute since September 2020. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Executive Director in Global Markets Sales at IHS Markit. From 2013 to 2018, Colby held the role of Director and Head of U.S. Account Management at Ipreo in their Global Markets division. Before that, they worked at Acupay System LLC, where they were the Director of Client Relations from 2010 to 2013 and the Assistant Director of Operations from 2006 to 2010. In 2004, they served as a Congressional Aide for Congresswoman Louise Slaughter. Colby also worked as a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Robert M. Geller in 2003.

Colby Hagen began their education at Ithaca College in 1997 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Information and Communications in 2001. They then pursued further education at Stetson University College of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from 2001 to 2004.
