Zoe Young is a Research Analyst at Expert Institute since July 2023, previously holding various roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Libraries from September 2019 to December 2022, including Library Student Assistant and multiple Undergraduate Research Assistant positions across cognitive development, Alzheimer's research, and visual reasoning. In addition to academic experience, Zoe served as a Marketing and Communications Intern for Go Tico! Costa Rica from April to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading social media content creation and conducting marketing research. Zoe holds a B.S. in Psychology and a Certificate in Graphic Design, Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by study at the University of Westminster in June 2022.
