Sabina has a background in Psychology and Human Resource Management, with experience in training, recruitment, and HR processes design and implementation. Sabina has also worked as a Teaching Assistant and Doctoral Student, focusing on migration research and youth brain drain. Sabina's passion for HR extends to soft skills training and employee engagement, with a track record of high student and employee satisfaction scores in their roles.
