CRM Marketplace Manager

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic CRM Marketplace Manager to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, content creation skills, and an understanding of CRM platforms and market dynamics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CRM marketplaces, creating technical content, updating product listings, and driving lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of marketplace processes and then publish software solutions on various marketplaces.
  • Write product descriptions, feature lists, and technical documentation.
  • Regularly update content and make sure there are no obsolete/ outdated videos and links
  • Regularly follow the marketplace for new products, API’s, certification requirements and update product listings on CRM marketplaces
  • Manage where we need to pay a subscription/ listing fee, make sure these are done in time and tracked by Finance
  • Identify new marketplace opportunities and initiate partnerships to expand product reach.
  • Upload product videos and relevant documentation to enhance user understanding and engagement.
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics and optimize listings for better visibility.
  • Stay updated on CRM industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Conduct research on different CRM flavors, features, and functionalities to inform content creation and marketplace strategies.
  • Utilize CRM marketplaces as lead generation channels, actively engaging with potential customers and driving inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to convert marketplace leads into customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical content writing, preferably in the CRM domain.
  • An understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research on CRM technologies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good To Have:

  • Relevant experience in the CRM domain and managing marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with license management processes and software licensing agreements.
