Bertrand Cazalet

Bertrand Cazalet is an experienced professional specializing in marine and coastal policies, currently serving as Chef de projet adjoint for the "Économie bleue – Pêche et aquaculture" program at Expertise France since March 2022, focusing on sustainable economic development in Algeria's fishing and aquaculture sectors. Since January 2014, Bertrand Cazalet has also been the Directeur général at MAREPOLIS, a consulting firm dedicated to coastal and marine policy expertise. Previously, Bertrand Cazalet worked as a Public Law Researcher at Université de Perpignan from January 2002 to December 2013, engaging in areas such as environmental law and marine protected areas. Bertrand Cazalet holds a Post-Graduate degree in International Law from the University of Montpellier and a Master's degree in Public Law and European Studies from the University of Perpignan, along with a Bachelor in Agronomic Sciences from St Joseph High School.
