Nino Sukhishvili has a diverse range of work experience in various roles related to customer experience and organizational development. Nino started their career in 2012 as the Head of Quality Management Division at Public Service Hall, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Customer Experience Manager at TBC Bank. In 2017, they joined Credo Bank as the Head of Customer Experience Department and Call centre, a role they held until 2023. Since 2019, Nino has been working as an Individual Consultant and as the Team Lead, Key Expert in Better Service Delivery, CX/EX/UX & Organizational Development at Expertise France.
Nino Sukhishvili holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, obtained from Tbilisi State University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this, they also completed their Bachelor's degree in the same field at Tbilisi State University from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Nino has acquired various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Yellow Belt Specialist from the Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam in 2023, and a Certified Customer Experience Professional from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in December 2020. Nino has also completed courses in Channel Management and Retailing, Pricing Strategy, and Brand and Product Management through Coursera in 2019.
