Alexia Dumas has a range of work experience in various roles and companies.

From 2018 to 2023, Alexia worked at Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance. Alexia started as a Logistics method engineer, where they managed the deployment of SAP for Aerostructures shopfloor activity and improved logistics processes using lean manufacturing methods. Later, they became a Maintenance Unit Manager, responsible for managing and developing a team of technicians, ensuring operational success, and increasing site operational effectiveness.

Prior to Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance, Alexia worked at Spairliners GmbH as a Project Manager. Their responsibilities included managing supply chain projects, improving logistics performance, and coordinating various stakeholders.

Alexia also gained experience at Airbus Group as an intern within Resource management, where they contributed to resource planning and conducted value stream mapping. Alexia also worked as an intern in the Business Improvement Team within the Advanced Technology Centre at Rolls-Royce.

In 2013, Alexia had a role at Nutrivercell, where they worked on marketing and scientific missions, including promoting the company through articles and conducting scientific research in the pharmaceutical field.

Alexia Dumas has a diverse education history. Alexia started their education in 2013 at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they studied Electrical Engineering. In 2014, they transferred to Nanyang Technological University Singapore as an undergraduate student, focusing on Electrical and Electronic Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2015, they returned to INSA Lyon to pursue a Master's degree in Science Electrical Engineering, which they completed in 2016. Additionally, Alexia obtained an Aviation First Degree Certificate in June 2010, although the institution from which they received this certification is unknown.
