Beáta Szablics

Beáta Szablics has a diverse work experience in the travel and tourism industry. Beáta most recently worked at Explora Journeys as the Director of Product Development & Operations/Destination Experiences Lead. Prior to that, they were a Business Consultant at Tourism & Wellbeing Consulting. Beáta also held the position of Senior Manager of Product Development at VIKING CRUISE & TRAVEL, LLC for three years. Before that, they worked as a Shore Excursion Manager at Carnival Cruise Line for seven years. Beáta's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Tour Organizer and Tour Guide at Dias Zeus Travel and Exotic Travel respectively. Beáta has a strong background in product development, operations, and tour organization within the travel industry.

Beáta Szablics obtained a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Kaposvár in Hungary during the years 1999-2003. In 2001, they received a Tour Organizer Certificate in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Hungary. In 2002, they obtained a Tour Guide Certificate in Hungary. Continuing their education, Beáta earned various certificates in different fields. In 2019, they completed a certificate program on International Negotiations: Practical Skills and Techniques from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a Certificate in Evaluation and the 2030 Agenda also from UNITAR. In 2020, they pursued a Sustainable Tourism Training Program and acquired a certificate from the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC). Lastly, in 2022, Beáta received a Certificate in Mental Health First Aid from Pro Mente Sana Switzerland in the field of ENSA.
