Sacha M. R.

Sacha M. R. has extensive experience in the travel and cruise industry. From June 2010 to February 2015, Sacha worked as a Business Development Manager at GPMM. They then moved on to become the Managing Director at Cruise Gate Hamburg, where they held the position from February 2015 to July 2020. Currently, Sacha serves as the Head (SVP) of Itinerary Planning and Shore Experience at Explora Journeys, starting in July 2020.

Sacha M. R. completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Change Management & Communication at the International Business Administration School, IAE, Aix en Provence, France from 1998 to 1999. During the same time period, they also earned a University Degree in Interpersonal relations, specifically focusing on negotiation, leadership management, audit, and coaching at the same institution. Earlier in their education, Sacha obtained a Master's degree in European Economics Studies from the University of Amsterdam, completing it from 1988 to 1991.
