Tomás Baca-Cruz

Tomás Baca-Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tomás began their career as a Business Office Student Coordinator at the University of Arizona Campus Recreation Department in 2013, where they worked until 2015. Following this, they joined the University of Arizona as a Recruiting and Marketing Intern from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Tomás joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. as a Recreation Attendant, and then took on the role of Ritz Kids Coordinator from 2016 to 2017. Tomás later served as a Sales Administrative Assistant from 2017 to 2018. Tomás then transitioned to The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection in 2018, where they initially worked as an Inside Sales Specialist until 2021. Tomás then became the Manager, Strategic Accounts - Eastern US, Canada & LATAM until 2022. Currently, Tomás works at Explora Journeys as a Business Relationship Expert for The Americas starting in April 2022.

Tomás Baca-Cruz attended the University of Arizona from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sports Management.
