Francisco Escobar is an experienced marketing and sales professional with a strong background in customer analytics, loyalty programs, and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Explora, Francisco leads the development of marketing strategies and multi-channel execution while enhancing customer loyalty through innovative programs. As the Founder of Ñeque Barritas, Francisco has successfully launched a protein bar brand distributed through major retailers across Chile. Previous roles include Director of Sales and Marketing for Conservation Reserves at Corpora, and experience with non-profit strategic development at Fundación Trascender. Francisco holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
