Michelle Pughe-Parry de Klerk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles and a strong commitment to promoting women's economic empowerment. As the Founder of The Women’s Chapter®, Michelle has created an impact-driven movement supporting female professionals and entrepreneurs. Currently serving as an Ambassador for The Prince's Trust and on the Leadership Council for Maths4Girls and Founders4Schools, Michelle actively contributes to initiatives fostering societal growth. With a background in consulting and marketing for travel and luxury brands, including roles at explora and World at Your Feet Communications, Michelle possesses a robust skill set in marketing, sales, and public relations. Michelle's academic foundation includes an Honours Degree in Media & Communications and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Port Elizabeth.
