Nyra Klawer

Nyra Klawer has extensive experience in development and communications, highlighted by a leadership role as Director of Development & External Relations at Explora Science Center and Children's Museum, where Nyra managed a $10 million Capital Campaign for a new STEAM learning campus. Following this, Nyra served as Director of Individual Giving at the Presbyterian Health Foundation, focusing on communications and major gift solicitations. Previous experience includes Campaign Director at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where strategic fundraising initiatives were implemented, and roles in marketing and business development at Flying Star Cafe and Satellite Coffee, where Nyra oversaw brand management and local marketing strategies. Nyra holds a BA in Art History from Humboldt State University.
