Candra Asamoah

Candra Asamoah serves as the Director of Digital Media & Strategy at Health Literacy Media (HLM) since May 2014, where Candra develops innovative digital content to enhance public understanding of complex health information. With a decade of experience, Candra has received numerous awards for contributions to health literacy through various mediums, including factsheets and animated videos. Previous roles include Assistant Director and Senior Graphics & Digital Media Designer at HLM, as well as Health Literacy Program Coordinator, where Candra focused on health education and training. Earlier experiences include internships and assistant roles at organizations such as the Black Women & Breast Cancer Survivor Project and Saint Louis University, complemented by a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor's in Public Health, both from Saint Louis University.
