Christopher Chun has gained diverse work experience in various roles throughout their career. Christopher started their professional journey as a Brand Consultant at Atslopes Clothing, where they helped set up accounts, managed marketing, represented the company at industry events, and stayed updated on industry trends. Later, they worked as a Sales Associate at Coach Men's, where they focused on improving the store environment and maximizing sales through excellent customer service. Christopher then transitioned to Black Lapel, where they served as a Stylist/Concierge, providing expert-level service and care to customers, cultivating relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Christopher's passion for technology led him to General Assembly, where they participated in the Software Engineer Immersive Fellow program. Following this, they joined Bonusly as a Customer Success Associate, managing a portfolio of accounts and collaborating with the Product team. Christopher then progressed to the role of Customer Success Manager, taking on additional responsibilities such as project management and bug reporting.
Most recently, Christopher has been a Technical Operations Engineer at Bonusly, working closely with QA to address bugs, communicating with Customer Success regarding customer requests, collaborating with the Marketing team on application enhancements, and implementing work from external consultants.
Christopher's most recent work experience has been at Origin, where they hold the role of Support Engineer.
Christopher Chun attended Penn State University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism. In 2020, they enrolled at General Assembly and completed a Software Engineering Immersive program focused on Web Development in 2021.
