Karen Kraftchick

Karen Kraftchick serves as the Vice President of Member Services at Exploria Resorts, a position held since November 2013, where significant achievements include revitalizing a dormant multi-site vacation club and expanding vacation club destinations from 8 to 40 within the first year. Prior to this role, Kraftchick spent nearly 18 years at Island One Resorts in various leadership positions, including VP Club Navigo, Operations and Product Development, and Vice President, Programming Services, where responsibilities encompassed software development and enhancing operational systems for resort management. Earlier experience includes programming roles at Technology Assemblers, Inc. and administrative work at Valencia Community College. Kraftchick earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Computer & Information Engineering Science from the University of Florida.
