Kieran Scott

Kieran Scott currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Expo City Dubai, leading HR for the Real Estate division and focusing on sustainable living initiatives. Previously, Kieran held the role of Executive Director of Human Resources at Nakheel, a prominent real estate master developer in the UK and UAE, overseeing landmark projects such as Palm Jumeirah. Prior experience includes positions as Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Acino Pharma AG, Global Human Resources Director at KCA Deutag, and HR Director roles at HLG Habtoor Leighton Engineering Group and Aggreko. Kieran also contributed to workforce management at Virgin Media and AT&T. Educational qualifications include degrees from Coventry University, a postgraduate diploma from Croydon College, and coursework at London Business School and H-FARM International School.
