Keli Hayes

Keli Hayes is the current Manager of Projects at Expo, Inc. Prior to their current position, they were an Enterprise Project Manager at WeWork from September 2017 to December 2021. In this role, they coordinated more than 20 internal and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of over 35 projects. Keli also successfully launched a product to C-suite level stakeholders, which led to a renewed contract valued at $1.3 million. Additionally, Keli managed the building openings of three WeWork Houston locations by overseeing operational and sales strategies. Keli also headed the launch of the first enterprise office collaboration in the territory. Moreover, Keli maintained a 95% monthly retention rate by conducting quarterly proactive check-ins with clients. Furthermore, they implemented pre-opening event strategies for three buildings, which led to a 65% increase in employee satisfaction. Lastly, Keli oversaw and allocated a project budget of over $50,000.

Before their time at WeWork, Keli was a Color Consultant at SEPHORA from May 2016 to October 2017. And before that, they were a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty from August 2015 to April 2016.

Keli Hayes has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana University Bloomington. Keli also has a certification from Coursera in Google Project Management and a certification from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in Business Foundations.
