Evelina Ognyanova

Evelina Ognyanova has extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Their most recent position as the Head of Order & Process Management at expondo began in August 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head Of Loan Operations Analytics at Funding Circle Deutschland from January 2020 to August 2020. In 2019, they were employed at N26 as the Global Quality Competence & Coaching Manager. Before that, from 2016 to 2019, they worked for Amazon as the TRMS EU Training Manager II. From 2012 to 2016, they held the role of Global Training QA & Development Manager at Tungsten Network. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Technical Trainer & QA Lead at Sutherland Global Services. Their earliest work experience, starting in 2005, was as an Administrative Assistant at Iberia, where they worked until December 2008.

Evelina Ognyanova holds a Master's degree in World History from South-West University "Neofit Rilski" Blagoevgrad. In addition, they have obtained certifications in ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in March 2016, and in Management Development Program - Management Effectiveness from Consulteam in October 2012.
