Magdalena Karska

Magdalena Karska has a diverse work experience with a focus on project management and digital product management. Magdalena currently works as a Digital Product Manager at expondo since June 2021. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at expondo from January 2018 to May 2021.

Before joining expondo, they worked at MetaPack Group as a Project Manager from February 2016 to January 2018. In this role, they successfully managed multiple projects for e-commerce customers, handled stakeholder communication, provided project reports, and ensured resource availability and accurate documentation.

From September 2014 to February 2016, Magdalena worked as a Project Manager at FurnMaster Sp.z o.o. Magdalena also gained experience as a Quality and Development Manager at Homanit Polska from November 2013 to March 2014.

Magdalena's career started at Hertz Systems Ltd, where they held the positions of Quality Assurance Officer from October 2008 to November 2013 and Assistant to Director from December 2006 to March 2008.

Magdalena Karska has a diverse education history. In 1999, they started attending Uniwersytet Zielonogórski, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor in 2001. Magdalena continued their studies at Uniwersytet Zielonogórski and completed their Master's Degree in Environmental Studies in 2003. In 2010, Magdalena briefly attended Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu, where they studied Quality Management. Most recently, in 2019, they enrolled at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business to pursue an Advanced Project Management program.

In addition to their formal education, Magdalena has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2002, they earned a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from the University of Cambridge. In 2006, they obtained the Zertifikat Duetsch from telc GmbH - The European Language Certificates. In 2013, Magdalena achieved the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG International. Magdalena'smost recent certification, Managing Project Stakeholders, was obtained from LinkedIn in 2023.
