Jennifer Paquette has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer is currently the Director of Nonprofit Markets & Portfolios at Exponent Partners, where they oversee and grows the portfolio of nonprofit markets. Jennifer also serves as the primary liaison to the Product Team, advising on product enhancements and roadmap. Prior to this, Jennifer was the Director of Client Services at Exponent Partners, managing a consulting portfolio for a Salesforce Premium Partner and Certified B Corporation. Jennifer also served as a trusted consultative advisor to nonprofit executives. Before joining Exponent Partners, Jennifer worked at Blackbaud, where they held various roles including Senior PMO Manager and Business Readiness Product Manager, leading global go-to-market launches and establishing early adopter programs. Jennifer started their career as the Director of Development at The Preservation Society of Newport County, responsible for securing philanthropic revenue. Jennifer also has experience in the genealogical society sector as a Membership & Development Coordinator at Newport Historical Society.
Jennifer Paquette holds an M.A. in Architectural History and Museum Management from the University of South Carolina, which they obtained in 1998. Jennifer also has a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island, where they studied Art History, Anthropology, and Spanish. In addition, they have completed coursework in Advanced Spanish Language and Spanish Art at the Universidad de Salamanca. Jennifer attended Locust Valley High School for their secondary education. Jennifer has obtained multiple certifications throughout their career, including Marketing & Engagement Consultant Fundamentals from Salesforce.org in 2020 and a Certified SAFe® Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019.
