Mandy Kutschied

Mandy Kutschied is the VP of Talent & Culture at Exponent Partners. Mandy has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has been a director of HR for the last 3 years. Prior to their current position, they were the director of HR at Warren Wilson College for 2 years. In that role, they were responsible for the chief human resources administrator of the college and provided administrative leadership and operational oversight for organizational development, compensation, benefits administration, talent selection, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and risk management.
