Quincy Lacerte

Quincy Lacerte is a seasoned marketing research specialist currently at ExponentHR since August 2018, while also serving as the Director of Communications and Director of Special Projects for the Young Women's Preparatory Network since April 2015. Previously, Quincy co-founded and managed Q&M Consulting from February 2019 to August 2020, focusing on project management and non-profit consulting. Early career experience includes roles at The Hockaday School, where Quincy worked as a Weekend Dorm Mom, Residence Affiliate, and Summer School Teacher from August 2013 to November 2014. Quincy holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Creative Writing and Literature from Harvard Extension School (2020 - May 2024) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Southern Methodist University (2009 - 2012). Education also includes time at Boston College and The Hockaday School.
