Aerik Carlton

Aerik Carlton has a diverse range of work experience in engineering and research. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Engineer at Hinman Consulting Engineers, where they focused on anti-terrorism/force protection and blast-resistant structural design for various government agencies. In 2017, they joined Nishkian Dean as a Project Engineer, where they provided engineering consultation for space launch facilities and building design and retrofit projects. In 2018, they began working as a Research Assistant at the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science at Lehigh University, where they were involved in developing and calibrating a novel loading frame for testing concrete specimens.
