Dr. Soumita Mukherjee

Dr. Soumita Mukherjee is a highly experienced scientist currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Exponent since January 2021, with prior experience as a Regulatory Chemist at LKC Switzerland Ltd where expertise was developed in monitoring GLP studies related to environmental fate under EU regulations. With a strong background in synthesizing small molecule libraries and conducting SAR studies during a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Basel, Dr. Mukherjee has also contributed to anti-inflammatory research at Dr. Reddy's Institute of Life Sciences. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Burdwan.
