Jennifer Irwin's work experience begins in 2006 when they joined Kforce as a Technology Recruiter. Jennifer then moved to Exponent in 2007, initially as a University Recruiter, where they played a crucial role in expanding the company's university recruiting program and supporting consulting teams in hiring talented doctoral students and Postdocs in engineering and science. In 2013, Jennifer was promoted to Recruiting Manager, leading the recruitment efforts for junior and mid-level consulting positions and managing the full-cycle recruitment process. Jennifer also acted as a Project Manager for a firm-wide People Development initiative. In 2018, they advanced to the position of Senior Manager, Recruiting, where they oversaw the recruiting process for all consulting positions and worked on enhancing recruitment capabilities, resources, and tools. Jennifer recently became the Director of Recruiting at Exponent, assuming responsibility for leading the global recruiting process, setting recruiting strategies, and empowering the recruiting team. Jennifer is also the HR DEI Lead, driving efforts to increase diversity in candidate pools and minimize bias in the screening process.
