Cameron Maylett

Cameron Maylett has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting at Blue Raven Solar, where they oversee HR and talent acquisition for a fast-growing solar company. Prior to this, Cameron co-founded a company called Folkal in 2020. Before that, they worked at UHS as an HR Director and Manager, where they managed the HR department and provided employee relation expertise and leadership training. Cameron also worked at DecisionWise as an HR Manager and Project Manager, where they led recruitment efforts, coordinated employee engagement initiatives, and analyzed employee performance data. Overall, Cameron has demonstrated their expertise in HR and talent management throughout their career.

Cameron Maylett obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Utah State University. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university. Additionally, in May 2016, Cameron obtained a certification in 360-Degree Feedback Coaching from DecisionWise.
