Ratnakar Mallavarpu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategy across various technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management and Head of Marketing at Exponential AI, Ratnakar focuses on reducing healthcare’s administrative burden through AI-powered solutions. Previously, as Co-Founder of Talent Intelligence, Ratnakar developed an AI-based recruiting platform that streamlined tech hiring processes. Ratnakar also held pivotal roles at Cognate IT Services and Innominds, leading product development and go-to-market strategies. Earlier, Ratnakar contributed to the renewable energy sector with the Yash Birla Group, supporting strategic initiatives and fundraising efforts. Ratnakar holds an MBA in Marketing and a B.Sc. in Economics from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
