Howard Josepher, LCSW has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of social work. Howard began their career as a Regional Director at Phoenix House Foundation in 1968. Howard then went on to become the Clinical Director at the Casriel Institute from 1972 to 1974, where they led various therapy sessions and provided drug treatment and counseling. In 1990, they founded Exponents Inc. in New York City and served as the President until 2018. Under their leadership, Exponents Inc. implemented non-coercive and non-judgmental programs for substance abusers, ex-offenders, and individuals living with HIV and AIDS. Currently, they are the Chief Clinical Officer at Exponents Inc.
Howard Josepher, LCSW completed their education in two different institutions. From 1956 to 1961, they attended LIU Brooklyn where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business/Commerce, General. Later, from 1973 to 1976, they studied at the Hunter School of Social Work and obtained a Masters of Social Work degree with a concentration in Social Work.
