Jennifer Teudt

Jennifer Teudt has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Jennifer started their career in 2007 as a Student Employee at Hausverwaltung Annett Süß while studying at the Berufsakademie Gera. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Bestandsmanagerin at alt+kelber Immobilienverwaltung GmbH. Jennifer then joined HASPA HanseGrund GmbH in 2011 as an Immobilien-Managerin, where they were responsible for various property management tasks. Jennifer left the company in 2015 and joined TÜV SÜD Advimo GmbH (formerly cgmunich GmbH) as an Asset and Property Manager until 2016. Jennifer continued their career at Assetando Real Estate GmbH from 2016 to 2019 as an Asset and Investment Managerin. Since 2019, they have been working at Exporo AG, where they have held different roles including Senior Asset Manager, Head of Asset Management, and currently serves as the Head of Portfolio- & Supply Partner Management.

Jennifer Teudt obtained their Kauffrau der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft (IHK) degree from SBIK Immobilien- und Beratungsgesellschaft from the years 2004 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft from Berufsakademie Gera, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010. Jennifer then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Internationales Immobilienmanagement from Akademie der Hochschule Biberach / London South Bank University, which they accomplished between the years 2013 and 2015.
