Felice Laird

Felice Laird is a seasoned Trade Compliance Consultant, Auditor, and Educator with over two decades of experience at Export Strategies, LLC, specializing in commodity jurisdiction, product classification, US export controls on encryption, and advising on technical matters in mergers and acquisitions. As a recognized subject matter expert, Felice has engaged in numerous consulting projects, including advising US companies on compliance with export regulations and providing due diligence support in acquisitions. Additionally, Felice serves as faculty at the Export Compliance Training Institute, frequently speaking on export compliance topics, and holds a Master’s degree in International Business from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
